Cancellation Conditions:
-For cancellation of your orders, the products must not have been shipped yet. The return process will be applied for shipped products.
-To cancel your orders, if the status of your order is displayed as "Preparing", you must contact our customer service as soon as possible.
-For your special orders and individual productions, please contact the authorized person you spoke to and complete the cancellation process as soon as possible.
Return Conditions:
-After receiving your products, you can return them within 5 business days.
-In order for the return process to be completed, all parts of the product must be complete, including the original box and packaging.
-For returns, the shipping cost of your product must be covered by you.
